In 2004, I became a homeowner at the age of 20.

I was a single mother with two children (ages 4 and 5 months old).

The feeling of owning my first home was a wonderful feeling. I made up in my mind then, that I wanted to help others be able to accomplish homeownership as well. After I built my home from the ground up and became a homeowner at the age of 20... several people started contacting me to find out what steps they needed to take to own their own homes as well. As a result, 98% of the people who contacted me, are homeowners today.

Since I built my home brand new, I didn't have a realtor on my journey to home ownership. Even though I didn't have a realtor, I still had a strong desire to become a real estate agent. I started researching what I needed to do to get my real estate license, but kept procrastinating on actually getting it done. I never made my goal a priority and years just kept passing by. I'm not making excuses... because I feel like this is something I should've completed a long time ago.

At the beginning of 2019, I promised myself to achieve several goals before the year was over. One of those goals that I set for myself, was to obtain my real estate license.

I completed my classes, passed my background check... etc.

I took my real estate exam and passed the state and national tests, on the first attempt!

I did it y'all! I achieved my goal! I am so excited to say that I have my real estate license!!! 2019 was a great year!
2020 has been even better!!!
